Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a gentle, body-oriented therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine to help you release and heal trauma that is stored in the nervous system.
Through enhancing body awareness and self-regulation it is especially powerful for those who feel stuck in patterns of freeze, dissociation or emotional reactivity.
